Ruusumalva Potholder

There's something atmospheric in the dreamy gloom of winter. As nature sleeps, the frost paints pastel colors in the sky. The designer Minna Niskakangas has also taken out her color palette again, mixing the delicate pink with the dark shades of polar night. The ink added to the wet acrylic paint spread smoothly, creating grainy, almost burnt-looking patterns.
